Saumon En Croute

Savoy cabbage half
Shallots 1 large
Capers 3 tbs
Dill 1 bunch
Butter + oil

Mushrooms one box about 200 g

Salmon 2 fillets
Puff Pastry 3 sheets
Egg

Cream 250 ml

Oven 180 C for about 45 minutes or till the puff pastry is golden brown.
*Remember to prick holes all over the puff pastry before baking.
*Strain out the water of the cabbage with a strainer.
