Setting up Residency in South Dakota. My name is Brian. I live on the road full time in my self built camper van. Join me on my adventures. In this video I set up a mail forwarding service with My Dakota Address. I also get the adventure van registered in South Dakota. I also try to get my drivers license but find I need my birth certificate. I will still get my license I just need to have my birth cert mailed to me.
