An elderly man arrives at a hospital for a leg X-ray, and the hospital staffer, Rohan, assists him with the procedure. Suddenly, a fire alarm rings, prompting the attendant to leave and check for any emergencies. Upon returning, he discovers Rohan brutally stabbed to death, with the old man missing. CID is called to investigate, and they find an X-ray of the assailant taken during the incident. Puzzled by why someone would murder a seemingly uninvolved hospital employee, the detectives delve into the case, uncovering connections to a pharmaceutical company and the shady world of sports, particularly the use of performance-enhancing drugs. As the investigation progresses, the X-ray becomes a crucial clue leading the cops deeper into the complex web of crime.
