Robert and James, the two sons of Australian music icon John Farnham have given an update about his health ahead of the world premiere of the documentary film about his career.

Farnham's family have confirmed that the singer has made a "full recovery" from a chest infection that sent him to hospital, several months after the 73-year-old underwent a marathon 12-hour surgery to remove mouth cancer.
