SATSANGH: Why be good and appear good as well?

Isn't it enough if I am good? Is there a need to appear good as well? When we go deeper, more problems are unearthed.

Wisdom states that the dual world will always have equal amounts of good and bad; light and darkness. That's the nature of duality. Why then should one be good in the first place?

Bhagawan Sri SathyaSai Baba inspires a powerful answer and also adds that it isn't enough just being good - one has to appear good too!

This gets highlighted in a very personal incident that I am sharing simply because the message is very powerful. It was an experience that got me many tense moments, a few crying moments but ended on an enlightening note, as is the case always with the Master.
