this weeks video is a full week in my life - that includes exploring my city (liverpool), being productive and editing, moving my body and trying to keep an exercise routine, reading (obvs) and spending some good old fashioned quality time with myself. I took myself out for coffee, took myself to the cinema, not once, but twice! and my have treated myself to some books oops💗 this is your reminder from me to treat yourself and make sure you spend some solo quality time doing what you like and what you love
