#9 — Solving the Mystery of the Showroom 1967 Fords

Hello, and welcome back to the “Yours in old FoMoCo iron” YouTube channel! My name is Adrian Clements, and I’ve come across this photo of a space-age dealer showroom filled with new 1967 Ford products both on the internet and Facebook for quite a few years now; maybe you’ve seen it too? In this video we’re going to analyse this photo in order to a) determine the Vehicle Identification Numbers (or VINs) and production data (the BODY, COLOR, TRIM, DATE, DSO, AXLE, and TRANS codes) of the three 1967 Ford full-size cars (the 1967 Ford XL convertible at right front, the 1967 Ford Country Squire 4-door station wagon at right rear, and the 1967 Ford LTD 4-door sedan or 4-door hardtop at left front), and b) try to narrow down the date range of when the photo was taken.
