PALIOURI or Chrousso or Kanavitsa Beach | Kassandra - Halkidiki, Greece | Tour May 2024

PALIURI BEACH or Chrousso or Kanavitsa Beach is situated near Pefkohori village. The beach is near the main road it's very easily accessible and there is plenty of parking space, and it's free like it is all over Greece… on every beach.

CABANA BEACH BAR is the Fanciest of all 4 beach bars at this beach. The Bar is ideal for young people because there is always good and loud music playing and the parties last until late in the night. There is also a shop that is located near the entrance of the beach so don’t worry if you forgot to bring your swimsuit, you are going to be able to find one here.

You do not have to pay for the sunbeds but, you are going to be given a minimum consumption quote. If you seat in the first row you will need to spend 50 euros/sunbed, 30 euros for a subbed in the second row, and 20 euros for a subbed in the third and fourth rows which is fair since your going to be there for at least 5 hours. Some beach bars will charge you just for the sunbeds. So its the best if you eat here. The Club Sandwich was good and they are particularly proud of their SUSHI!

The beach is also very family friendly but, you will be given a place more towards the far left or right sides of the sunbed area which is fine because you’ll want some privacy anyway and the music is not as loud here as it is near the bar. Our son loved It and we had a great time.

In between every beach bar, there is a long strip of uncommercialised beach which is free of any kind of fees. It’s not as crowded as during the high season in July and August. We are filming in May. There is beautiful green vegetation that separates the beach from the rest of the world. It’s the reason why I like this beach and this is the most unique thing about it.

This is LEUKI AMMOS BEACH BAR. Also, a very nice place to spend your time at the beach. The minimum spend per person here is 20 Euros and a club sandwich will cost you 15 Euros. As you can see there are families with kids as well as young people here.

There is also, Paliouri Camping at the far left side of the beach. It’s very popular, of course, because of the beautiful beach.

ANESEA BEACH BAR is unlike the first two because you’ll have to pay 10 - 15 euros per sunbed on top of the 15 euros minimum spent per person. The prices of food and drinks are similar to the other beaches.

SEAZONE BEACH HOUSE is very popular and it’s crowded even in preseason. They are very proud of their COCKTAILS and have SUSHI on their menu. The prices are very similar to all the other bars on this beach.

As you approach the end of the beach you’ll see there is a place where you can buy ice cream and drinks at a mini-market price. Also, you can find cruises to the surrounding areas and spots only reachable by boat, like Turtle Island.
