Marry Me Salmon
1 to 2lbs Skinless Salmon
sun dried tomatoes
A handful of spinach

Sauce:
a little oil
butter
1 onion
1 tbl minced garlic
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp complete
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/2 cup Parmesian cheese

cook salmon until done about 4 to 5 mins on each side on medium high heat
