Many people watched and liked my Eau Rogue and Karussell videos, so I got straight back to work at covering another famous corner. Unfortunately this video was delayed by quite a few weeks due to illness and other priorities but now it is finally done and it is one of my biggest compilations to date!

My initial target for this video was 40 games but at some point I realized that I might even be able to hit 50 and I was able to pull it off. I am also showing quite a few games here for the first time ever on my channel. I am very happy with how the video turned out and I hope you guys will find it interesting as well.

Thanks to Speedbooster27 for recording rFactor 2 for me, so that I didn't have to buy the track and car for it myself. Check out some of his own content here:    / @speedbooster27

Laguna Seca might be the real world race track that is found in the biggest number of racing games. It is featured in every Forza Motorsport, almost every Gran Turismo, every Project Cars, most major sim racing games, tons of bike racing games and even some open world racing games like The Crew.

Fun fact: Even some fictional race tracks in games like Mafia or Star Wars are based on the layout of Laguna Seca, although those are not included in this video.

This video also allows me to show off some obscure games like FIA European Truck Racing Championship or Alfa Romeo Racing Italiano (which might be the first racing game to ever include a rewind feature).

What are your thoughts on the Laguna Seca circuit and the Corkscrew corner in particular? Have you played any of these 50 games yourself? Which rendition of the track do you like the most? Feel free to share your thoughts and anecdotes about the track in the comments.

_____

Note: As usual I am showing exactly the games that I intend to show and no games were missed or forgotten. If a game with Laguna Seca is not shown in the video, then it's simply not one of the games that I selected for it, for example because I don't own it or for some other reason. Don't ask me about any game that is not shown in the video and don't tell me that another game also has the track. Assume that I already know that. Keep the comments focused on the 50 games that are shown in the video because those are the games that are meant to be the topic here.

(The reason why I emphasize this is because for some reason whenever I make a video with many different games I always get a lot of comments about games that are not in the video, which is very weird to me and not welcome or appreciated at all. If I show off certain games in a particular video, then I obviously want the comments to also focus on those games and not on other games that could have been shown. I am intentionally showing the games that I am showing. It's not a mistake and it doesn't mean that I missed, forgot or don't know about others.)
