OOOH! Abs, HELLO! I am typing this description the day after doing this core circuits workout and my oh my, the abs and obliques can definitely tell that they had an awesome workout! I am feeling it!

This 15 minute abs workout is perfect anywhere! At home, while you're traveling, or at the gym, because the only thing you need is a mat or cushy surface! No equipment is needed!

The workout structure is as follows:
2 Circuits
10 exercises
Work 30 seconds
Rest 15 seconds
Circuit Rest 45 seconds

During this 15 minutes core strengthening session, we work the internal and external obliques, rectus abdominis, and transversus abdominis for a well-rounded midsection workout!

This abs workout works if you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced because I offer modifications throughout. As always take extra rest time if needed!
