Perfect for a movie or a game night, this quick and easy caramel popcorn needs only 3 ingredients and you can enjoy delicious popcorn at home! You can make this at home without any fuss at all. It takes just 15 mins of prep plus some cooling time.

Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of corn kernels
4 tablespoon butter

Prepare the popcorn as usual with around 2 tablespoons of butter. Melt sugar in a pan. Once melted entirely add 2 tablespoons of butter and stir. Quickly pour it over all the popcorn and mix well. Lay it on a big baking tray to cool. Separate out the popcorn once done.

To store, keep it in an air tight container to enjoy later. Best eaten fresh, or within couple of days.
