a summer week / a vlog

Dear friends ✨

It’s been quite long since we last uploaded a vlog right ? For todays vlog we gathered some of the footage that we took during last week so it’s like a little library of the happenings from last week in summer 🤍 I don’t really know if autumn has began in Germany already because the weather is just so weird and just acts to its own liking so one day I’m wearing my summer clothes and the next day I need to get out my hoodies and sweaters,,, I guess that’s how the little transition from summer to autumn has to work ✨ Nevertheless I’m so so excited for the next season to come so I can wear my long puffy warm coats again 🙌
As you can probably tell from the footage of this video we’re still in summer break and eventho some students in Germany have gone back to school already ours will hopefully start next month !! So with that we’re taking everything slow and enjoying the ‘quiet’ times we have for now before all the studying and busy exam weeks etc. start.

I’d call the way we’re living at the moment ‘healing’ especially because the stress levels have immensely went down and we’ve become more attentive and appreciative towards the nature we have around us and as well as towards other things like spending time with family 🤍

If you know us you may also know that we don’t really like going out to the city because 1. we’re homebodies and our little town/village is more than enough for us to get some fresh air and 2. Its just a lot safer to stay at home during these uncertain times.
But since we needed a few things we had to go to the city and had a little ice cream date with our mom as well. Also, I’ll make sure to let you stay updated about if we made apple juice or not ,, a link to the muffin recipe will be down below too !!
