Budget Builds: 2020 Edition | Star Trek Online

Hello everyone! Here's the newest version of my budget builds for 2020 -- things can easily change if new reputations or specializations are added throughout the year, but here's what I recommend for the current climate and state of the game to play normal or advanced content.

The ground stuff was tacked on at the end in just a few minutes -- feel free to see other videos on the channel for more in-depth analysis on them if you desire to do so (especially my ground science build, as that hasn't changed all too much besides the skilltree).

After a lot of troubleshooting with my internet -- I have finally managed to get this video to you all. It was a little painful, but I finally managed to find a workaround. I'll have a fun video coming out once the dust settles on that "fun" issue...
