Restored NSMBU beta levels and objects

New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe has a ton of unused levels and objects, made during the original development cycle in 2012, removed from the original game's files, but then resurfaced in the Switch port. These levels consist of feature tests, early versions of levels in the final game, and entirely unique levels completely scrapped from the final release.
