We took a ride on the Adirondack Scenic Railroad. Our trip was called The Tupper Lake Explorer and went from Tupper Lake to Sabattis. The trip took about 45 min each way. There was an open air car, a dining car, and plenty of seating! Tickets were very affordable, too! Definitely check out one of the many train trips they offer - including seasonal ones for Fall and Christmas.
