The secrets of making smooth steamed egg | Cooking Ah Pa

Smooth Steamed Eggs. As promised, Ah Pa is publishing this video showing how everyone can easily create smooth steamed eggs at home. Egg to water ratio is recommended at 1:2 and cover the egg mixture during steaming.

Ingredients:
3 chicken eggs
Filtered water (water amount is 2 times volume of the eggs (Ratio is 1:2)
Few drops of Ong Ky premium fish oil (to season)
Few dashes of white pepper (to season)
Pinch of fine salt (to season)
A little bit of fried garlic oil (to garnish)
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce (to garnish)
Some fried shallots (to garnish)
Some chopped spring onion (to garnish)
