हाल के चुनावों में विपक्ष की तरफ से नई पेंशन स्कीम (एनपीएस) की जगह पुरानी पेंशन स्कीम (ओपीएस) को लागू करने को मुद्दा बनाने के दांव का केंद्र सरकार ने तरीका निकाल लिया है... केंद्र सरकार के 23 लाख कर्मचारियों के लिए सरकार ने यूनीफाइड पेंशन स्कीम (यूपीएस) लागू करने का फैसला किया है... जो मौजूदा एनपीएस के साथ ही लागू रहेगा... यूपीएस के तहत सुनिश्चित पेंशन, परिवार को पेंशन, सुनिश्चित न्यूनतम पेंशन, पेंशन की राशि की महंगाई दर और सेवानिवृत्ति के समय ग्रेच्यूटी के अलावा भी एक सुनिश्चित राशि के भुगतान की व्यवस्था की गई है... इससे केंद्र पर 2025-26 के दौरान ही 6250 करोड़ रुपये का अतिरिक्त बोझ पड़ेगा... अब जब स्कीम को लागू कर दिया गया फिर विपक्ष क्यों इसके खिलाफ है... पहले ही OPS को लेकर कितनी मांग उठी कि ये स्कीम लागू की जाए... जब लागू कर दिया गया तो फिर क्यों सरकार के इस कदम का विरोध किया जा रहा है.... इसी मुद्दे पर चर्चा के लिए हमारे साथ एक खास पैनल जुड़ा है...
