The weather has been unusually cold and wet for South Louisiana. We finally got some nice riding weather so took the bike out for a ride. So here's just a little update on the Venom Ghost 250 and Oil Cooler Installed.
Quick and simple instructions.
1.Remove oil drain plug and screen and drain oil.
2.Locate and mark the suction line on the adapter that goes to the center of the adapter.
3. Install the adapter. Do not remove the rubber seal on the adapter. That is needed.
4. Connect the line that has the oil filter screen to the suction line.
5. Connect the the other line to the adapter.
6. Mount Cooler and fill with oil with provided syringe.
7. Connect both lines to cooler. It doesn't matter which side goes where.
8. Fill crank case with 1 quart of oil.
9. After running for a minute or so, recheck oil level and add if needed.
