• 5 Tablespoons Castor Sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 5 Tablespoons oil
• 1 Tablespoon of vanilla essence
• 2 & 3/4 cups cake flour
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 300ml buttermilk

SYRUP
• 2 cups water
• 2 cups sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Desiccated coconut .
