What To Expect After Your Amputation Surgery

The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center's PAVE (Prevention of Amputation in Veterans Everywhere) Team, Medical Media, and our Veterans collaborated to create a video to educate Veterans and their caregivers about what to expect after amputation surgery. The educational video focuses on the resources available to our Veterans and their caregivers. The resources available are Peer visitors, Veteran support group, one on one Behavioral Mental Health, VA Caregiver Support, VA Chaplin, Amputee Coalition, Community support groups, home evaluations, driving devices, scooters, wheelchairs and more.
