Sold out basketball rematch between 3A Schools Mexia High and Palestine Westwood. Palestine westwood won the first game with a 30+ pt performance by 2027 guard Kavian Bryant. Mexia would host this much anticipated rematch. The weather got extremely humid the day of the game. The school did not accommodate the AC setting and the gym and floor was very humid thus plates were constantly slipping and falling.
