Will she make the cut? Sorting Replacement Heifers!

Today we sorted our heifers to decide which would stay on the ranch to eventually join our cow herd, and which heifers would be sold. We make these decisions based on the individual data of the heifer calf, the mother's data, and a quick assessment of her phenotype (how she looks).
