September 19, 2024 MANHATTAN, New York - Police responded just after 7pm, to a call of a person found with a bag over their head and pronounced DOA by EMS in Harlem Apartment at 1429 5th Avenue in Manhattan, NYC.

Criminality is not known at this time, we spoke to the roommate of the deceased male who did not want to be on camera. The man said he found his roommate lying in bed with a bag and sheet over his head this afternoon when he returned home.

He said the apartment didn’t look out of the ordinary upon his return before finding his roommate. No arrests at this time.
