This takedown drill is a perfect way to finish off your training for the day. This exercise is performed by having your student complete 20 takedowns in a row. Their partners are giving no resistance. The student can perform any takedown of their choice. There's no rest between takedowns. Once they complete their takedowns the next student take their turn and so on until all students have completed the exercise. This will help their endurance.
