Yesterday, Andrew Yang suggested that he was the leading 2020 Democratic Primary candidate in terms of small donors, even more than Bernie Sanders, who is known for getting small donations. But the reality is that the data Andrew Yang is citing doesn't really match his claims. First, the data is about percentage of donations that come from small donors, meaning that Bernie Sanders still has a massive lead over Yang in small donations.

Further, the data counts all transfers as not being small donations, but we know Bernie Sanders had various small donations in previous campaigns

All in all, this was a bad look for Andrew Yang who claims to be the MATH candidate
