Thats the Title and my storey on this ride.

So I’ve REALLY gone well outside any Comfort Zone on this one, Depression is becoming too common these days within society and I’m really really noticing it around my fellow friends and riders which has been eating at me now for over 12 months.
To a point where I’ve decided to go reasonably personal and dig deep into my own life, how I survived suicide and depression and all in hope that I can help AT LEAST one of you...
NONE OF THIS is scripted and this edit is my 6th ride chatting about this, the first 5 I just couldn’t bring myself to commit to posting...

A special shout out to @bikecorp who I started working for in 1996 and have been a great support of myself and my battles and are great ambassadors for mental health in sport and the workplace....

When you get what you want in your struggles for self And the world makes you king for a day,
Just go to a mirror and look at yourself

Some people might think you're a straight-shooting chum And call you a wonderful guy.
