The faucets are very generous on this level. They release almost every move, and more than one faucet at a time sometimes. The middle faucet will release a stripe and a wrap in the same move if you can clear two candies underneath it.

You need to clear all of the licorice chain pieces to unlock the dragons on the side. If you can save the cakes until you have cleared the licorice, then the cakes will take care of the bubblegum underneath the dragons and you won’t have to worry about lining up horizontal strip to do that.
