DiMarzio: Super Distortion vs PAF 36th Anniversary

Описание к видео DiMarzio: Super Distortion vs PAF 36th Anniversary

I bought this Dean 35th Anniversary V online. Good value for the money, but I found the Superdistortion pickups limited. Good for 80s metal but difficult to get a good clean sound. Also I am more into vintage sounding guitars.

I did some research and the DiMarzio PAF 36th Anniversary pickups seemed as a better choice for me. This video demonstrates how the guitar sounded before and after the pickup change.

Everything same except for pickups and new strings. (Same guitar, amp, amp settings, microphone, mic position, cables, reverb settings, delay settings etc).

So far I am very satisfied. The guitar is much more versatile, has better string separation and a more vintage sound.
