Ntaba ya Kotumba | Oven Baked Goat Meat Recipe

We all know the famous Congolese Ntaba ya kotumba (goat meat) which is usually wood grilled in the garden but not everyone has a garden or the BBQ equipment in order to make it. So on this video I share how to make ntaba ya kotumba/ ntaba ya Londres na four/ using the oven, it's very easy, quick and you don't even need to leave it to marinate even for a minute.
