RECIPE #1: CaseOh’s Instant Ramen


🥘 Ingredients

1 packet of Maruchan Beef Instant Ramen
5-6 oz Frank’s Red Hot Hot Sauce


✍️ Instructions

Add ramen and water to a glass bowl and microwave for 4 ½ minutes on high. Add the seasoning packet and the hot sauce and stir to combine and enjoy!

RECIPE #2: CaseOh’s Upgraded Instant Ramen


🥘 Ingredients

1 packet of Maruchan Beef Instant Ramen
Frank’s Red Hot Hot Sauce (to taste)
1 bunch of green onions (sliced or minced)
3 whole eggs
Sesame seeds
Toasted sesame oil
Salt & pepper (to taste)


✍️ Instructions

Start by bringing a pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, gently lower in one of your eggs and cook for 6 ½ minutes exactly. When it’s finished, immediately plunge into an ice bath for 5 minutes to stop the cooking process.
While the egg cooks, crack your remaining two eggs in a bowl and whisk until combined and set aside. Slice all of your green onions and save about 75% in one bowl and the remaining 25% in another bowl to garnish your final dish with.

Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Make sure to add just a little more water than you want in your final dish because some will evaporate. Once boiling, add your noodles and 75% of your green onions and cook according to package instructions.

Once your noodles are almost done, add the seasoning packet and as much hot sauce as you want. Once the noodles are done cooking, slowly stream in your eggs while constantly stirring. Allow the eggs to cook for about 30-45 seconds. Season to taste with salt & pepper.

Add your finished ramen to a bowl and garnish with the rest of your green onions, sesame seeds, a drizzle of sesame oil, and your soft boiled egg (peeled and cut in half).
