I was given this knife sharpener by a subscriber. I’m very thankful and very impressed with it.
I made this review and demonstration video to provide viewers with information about it. Especially, for those that are seeking information about knife sharpeners, especially this model, the Chef’s Choice XV Trizor Edge, Model 15XV.

In this demonstration I sharpen a really dull cheap knife, and tune up a really Silver Stag Chef Knife.
