I sit down with the executive director at Amethyst Retreat Center in Duncannon, Pennsylvania to talk about Amethyst and the upcoming events and offerings as well as highlight some financial needs for the nonprofit.

We wander through the meadows and trails, and discuss what's happening there, including a fundraiser on September 29th, 2024. Other topics include a few snippets on the history of the center, the butterfly population, and how it provides lots of things to do in Central Pennsylvania. In particular, the ecstatic dance, aka Rhythmic Earth, is popular, as well as yoga, sound baths, song circles, mindfulness meditation, silent retreats, nature walks, R&R retreats and other community events.

I'm helping out with the fundraising and wanted to introduce Amethyst Retreat Center and Renee, as well as publicize the upcoming events, as I'll be live painting there on the 29th.
