ACME Lithium is a mineral exploration company focused on acquiring, exploring and developing battery metal projects in partnership with leading technology and commodity companies. ACME has acquired or is under option to acquire 100% interest in 266 lithium and lode mining claims totaling approximately 5,415 acres in Esmeralda County, Nevada, which are prospective for lithium contained in tertiary claystones.

ACME also holds 100% interest in 37 mineral claims totaling approximately 17,000 acres (70 square km) in the pegmatite fields of the Bird River Greenstone Belt in southeastern Manitoba, Canada, and has entered into option and purchase agreements to acquire 100% interest in a total of 18 mineral claims totaling approximately 41,694 hectares (417 square km) in northeastern Saskatchewan, Canada.
