1 red bell pepper, julienned
½ white onion, julienned
¼ cup Silver Swan Sweet Chili Sauce
¼ cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon Silver Swan Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoon Silver Swan Salted Black Beans
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 green onion, julienned
