A'chik Mi Hotel Asnagre, Mukbang | Best pork Bibik Kapa | Garo Hills

We always break at this A'chik mi hotel in Asnagre, located between Mukdangra and Garobada road in Meghalaya. Abi, meaning elder sister, serves the best pork Bibik or innards which goes perfectly well with our North East Indian style paratha. The Bibik does not taste gamey at all and is creamy and in this video, she prepared it with mustard greens.

We love to stop at here for puri, ghoogni or peas gravy and delicious chai. So who you travel next time on this road, do try it out and let me know how your experience goes.
