3. Cricut Pen (if using printer - A piece of paper)
4. Elastic 1/4 in (OR alligator clips)

** if using alligator clips, to apply the bow to the clips use the same way as I did with the elastic headband because that way the bow won’t fall off the alligator clip. Don’t just glue the finished bow on top of headband/clip - the reason why I wrap the strap around its because the bow that way will not fall off.
