Made from combined Fresh Beans, high in Protein, flavourful and healthy, this mixed Protein Pulao Recipe is quick, easy to make and also makes for a healthy and filling Lunch Box Recipe.

Three different Beans - Double Beans, Hyacinth Beans / Avarekalu or Mochai and Peas are used in this recipe. You can use just 2, 4 or as many variety of Beans that you want.

Vegan and Gluten free, all Beans are important sources of Plant Protein, rich in dietary fibre and as they are rich in slow burning complex carbohydrates, help manage Blood sugar levels and are energy boosting.

Double Beans is a rich source of manganese, calcium, magnesium and copper thus promoting bone and heart health.

Hyacinth Beans are rich in B complex Vitamins, Vitamins A, K, C and important minerals. They help reduce Blood Cholesterol.

For a Vegan option, substitute Ghee with any plant based oil.

Fresh Peas are rich in B Vitamins, Vitamin K, Iron, Magnesium and Zinc. They are also rich in antioxidants, help support immunity and fight inflammation.
