The stars had aligned! everything seemed to be right for a good ray session. The tide wasn't too big or too small, the wind was south westerly, the water had a bit of colour and the high tide was just before 9pm...oh and the activity was predicted to be good so what could really go wrong!? sometimes the fish just don't show up and there is nothing you can do about it. well 1 fish turned up gave itself up on the other end of my line and I still managed not to catch. Fishing is not all about catching. When you're with your friends its about a social get together and lots of banter.
