Ingredients:
2 Pie crusts
3 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken
3 cups of chicken stock or broth (4 cups if you want it looser)
1 cup of whole milk1 1/2 cup of frozen peas and carrots
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1 egg + 1 teaspoon of water
1 medium russet potato
1 stick of butter
1/2 diced onion
1/2 of 1 single stalk of celery

Seasoning:
1/2 tablespoon of chicken bouillon
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme (or fresh)
