Testing Lav Wind Protection - Sound Speeds

There are a lot of options when it comes to wind protection for lavalier mics. Ever wonder which is the most effective? That's a toughie and one that you have to determine yourself. What I can do is test them and let you know how much wind they block though. Please note, resistance to wind is only part of what you need to look at. Sometimes you need a low profile option for example. In this video we test various options for wind protection. Sound Speeds!
