Originally filmed in November of 2019, this episode of the podcast has us joined by MINDGAMES’ official partner, #MentalHealthPH. Here we discuss the very fundamentals of Mental Health, the rationale behind the MINDGAMES campaign as a whole, and starting the conversation on something society has mistakenly labeled as taboo.

MINDGAMES is currently an online based campaign initiated by myself, in partnership with #MentalHealthPH, that focuses on utilizing various forms of art and media to promote awareness and inclusivity among Filipino Youth on Mental Illness. Through our content such as music, podcasts, and Sound Bites, we hope to promote mental wellness in pursuit of a sound mind.
