This is a 30 minute POOL WORKOUT, using dumbbells! Set up your ipad/computer/phone on the side of your pool and follow along with me for a great workout! This video is designed to help improve your balance, coordination, strength and endurance in an aquatic environment, so that it's easy on your joints! Recommended equipment: pool noodle. Enjoy!

This workout is for all ages, levels, and sizes, but designed for the active senior and beginner. This video is made by Jenny McClendon, MS, CGCP - licensed Physical Therapist with over 32 years experience.
