Motilal Oswal Nifty India Defence Index Fund | NFO Review

Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund launch the Motilal Oswal Nifty India Defence Index Fund, an open-ended fund designed to mirror the total returns of the Nifty India Defence Index. The new fund offer (NFO) for this scheme will be open for subscription from June 13 until June 24.

The fund is India’s first index fund offering exposure to defence stocks listed in India. The fund aims to provide investors an opportunity to participate in the growth potential of the defence sector.

The fund's investment objective is to provide returns that, before expenses, correspond to the total returns of the securities as represented by the Nifty India Defence Total Return Index, subject to tracking error. Its performance will be measured against the Nifty India Defence Total Return Index and will be overseen by Swapnil Mayekar and Rakesh Shetty.
