Wrist Flexion Extension - कलाई को मोड़ना और सीधा करना
Shoulder Rotation - कंधे घुमाना
Shoulder Rotation with Straight Hand - सीधे हाथ से कंधे घुमाना
Straight Arm Chest Opener - सीधे हाथों से छाती खोलना
Swinging Arm Raise - झूलते हुए हाथ उठाना
Hip Rotation - कूल्हे घुमाना
Torso Swings - धड़ को दाएं-बाएं घुमाना
Backward Extension - पीछे की ओर खिंचाव
