My big boat upgrade of 2023 was the installation of a larger motor. I enjoy reviewing the progress of the project and expect some people will be interested to get a sense of the major steps. Note that this is not a tutorial but if you have any questions, feel free to comment. I do have a timelapse of the whole process but the main points are covered in this video.
Highlights include:
1. The boat running with the 50hp
2. Installation of the 115hp,
3. Subsequent sea trials with the 115hp.
