This video is an honest review of Bulletproof Brain Octane C8 MCT Oil.

I personally used the product for 6 weeks, then stopped using the product for 2 weeks before making this video. Here's what I noticed:

Taste: the taste is almost non-existent and it is basically tasteless, odorless, and colorless. If anything there is a slight after taste of coconut oil as that is what it is made out of.

Price: It costs $20-$30 for a 14 ml bottle. This can get somewhat pricey and when I did the math, for me it comes out to about $10 per week of using the product.

Effects: The effects of this product are quite noticeable. I noticed decreased appetite, more focus and energy, and even a higher capacity to concentrate on important tasks for longer periods of time.

The goal of Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil is to give the brain and body some healthy medium chain triglycerides to burn for fuel rather than using carbs, which has shown to be a more sustainable and effective form of energy for the brain.
