SI Joints play a crucial role in your day to day movement!

If the muscles around them are tight or not moving properly, it can lead to localised pain in the area just above your bum at the base of your back.


The full circuit we go through is:

2 rounds:
1 min Couch Stretch, per side
2 mins 90/90 Rotations
10x Single Leg Glute Bridges, per side
1 min Standing March

And we show you 3 levels for each movement that you can use, depending on your starting point!
