You can hear Joe Elliott having vocal issues which would ultimately lead him to not be able to perform on the cruise and cancel the rest of the North American tour in February. Joe and Phil Collen have played many Bowie songs on their side project "The Cybernauts", so this was their tribute to a fallen icon.
