The Ashley Summers Case. Still no sign of Ashley Summers, she has been Missing since - 2007. Beautiful young girl but was known to come home, she was somewhat of a free spirt. She had people around her that were abusers and maybe that’s why she felt better off away from her home. Her uncle Kevin Donathan was later arrested for rape, her friend’s father was Ariel Castro who kidnapped Michelle Knight, Amanda Berry, and Georgina "Gina" DeJesus. So, what chance did this girl have of surviving childhood unharmed.

Ashley Nicole Summers born June 16, 1993 was 14 years of age when she disappeared near her home in Cleveland, Ohio in early July 2007. as of December 2021, her whereabouts remain unknown, as there have not been any verified sightings of Ashley since her disappearance.

Summers was last seen at around 6:00 p.m. on July 4, 2007. She was last seen in West 96th Street and Madison Avenue.

The FBI later speculated that she may have been kidnapped and that her disappearance might have been related to those of Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus, who vanished in Cleveland in 2003 and 2004, respectively.

Other possibilities:
On December 4, 2018, Kevin Donathan was charged with rape, but has not been named a suspect in Summers' disappearance.
On February 25, 2020, Donathan, 55, was sentenced to 35 years in prison on charges of rape and prostitution.

The FBI now believes Summers was last seen on July 8, 2007 in the area of West 44th Street and Trowbridge Avenue in Cleveland.
"We do feel like there are people who know what happened to Ashley that haven't reported it. We are urging them to call 877-FBI-OHIO,"
